Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome when we have space, but appointments are strongly recommended — especially on weekends, when we often book out days ahead. Booking on WhatsApp takes a minute and guarantees your slot.
How early should I book bridal makeup?
For bridal packages, we recommend booking 4–6 weeks before your event so we can schedule your trial and pre-bridal sessions comfortably. Peak wedding season (November–February) fills fastest.
Do you offer bridal trials?
Yes — a full makeup trial is included in the Gold and Platinum packages, and can be added to Silver. Trials let you meet your artist, test the look, and walk in on your big day completely confident.
Do you use original, high-end products?
Always. Our kit includes original products from brands like MAC, Huda Beauty, Dior, Charlotte Tilbury and L'Oréal Professionnel — we never compromise on what touches your skin and hair.
